Miami Country Day School
Every Student. Every Day. Everywhere.
Pre-K through 12th Grade ♥
Founded in 1938, Miami Country Day School is a coeducational, nonprofit, interdenominational learning community with approximately 1250 students in Pre-Kindergarten 3 through Grade 12 representing over 40 countries. The school’s first graduating senior class was in 1981. We nurture and guide every student, every day to find their true talents and passions. The moment you step foot on our 21-acre campus, you see and feel our mission in action. Students are exposed to culture and expression through the arts, leadership, and teamwork through athletics, compassion, and humility through service, and intellectual thought and curiosity through our outcomes-based and a student-centered curriculum. Miami Country Day School is a college preparatory learning community committed to educating the whole child. We prepare children for college and for life by embracing four core values: honor, respect, wisdom, and compassion. Students, faculty, and parents are encouraged to live by a set of core values and to act as models for action and behavior. This experience culminates and is evident in a portrait of a Miami Country Day School graduate.
